Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Glenn — and for over 20 years, I’ve been behind the scenes making sure things sound right. From live events and broadcasts to permanent installs and studio recordings, I’ve worked in just about every kind of audio environment there is.
As the Global Audio Director for a large-scale multi-campus church in the United States, I lead and manage the audio team across eight campuses. That includes mixing the weekly global livestreams and designing systems for new locations during past expansion phases. I’ve also led major system overhauls to support long-term growth and scalability across all sites.
Earlier in my career, I worked with Hillsong in Sydney and later with Clark Pro Media in the U.S., engineering construction and systems drawings, installing, and commissioning custom audio systems for large churches across the country.
One of my system designs was even featured by EAW, highlighting a scalable, high-performance solution built for the demands of modern worship and production environments.
I approach every project with the same mindset: great sound should serve the team, the audience, the mission, and the budget— not overwhelm it.
My Approach to Sound
At the heart of every project, I focus on the audience experience—whether it's someone sitting in the back row, tuning in from home, or listening through headphones.
I design systems and mixes that ensure everyone hears clearly, feels fully immersed, and stays emotionally connected from the first note to the last.
Beyond live and installed sound, I also mix and edit audiobooks and voiceover projects, bringing studio-level precision to spoken word production with clean, clear results.

Life Outside of Audio
When I'm not working behind a console or designing systems, you'll usually find me outdoors.
My wife and I love traveling, diving, fishing, mountain biking, and hiking together—and wherever we go, we enjoy meeting new people and building lasting friendships along the way.
That love for adventure keeps me grounded and reminds me that the best experiences, whether in life or production, are the ones that connect people.
