Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Glenn — and for over 20 years, I’ve been behind the scenes making sure things sound right. From live events and global broadcasts to permanent installs and studio mastering, I’ve worked in just about every kind of audio environment there is.
I spent several years as the Global Audio Director for a large multi-campus church in the United States, where I led the audio team across eight locations. That included mixing weekly global livestreams, designing systems for new campuses, and leading major system overhauls to support long-term growth and scalability.
Earlier in my career, I worked with Hillsong in Sydney and later with Clark Pro Media in the U.S., handling engineering construction, AV system drawings, installation, and commissioning for churches and large venues across the country.
Today, I offer several services globally — including consulting, system design, and professional audio mastering. I work with churches, event producers, and creative teams who need expert support they can trust, without the overwhelm.
I approach every project with the same mindset: Great sound should serve the team, the audience, the mission, and the budget—not overwhelm it.
My Approach to Sound

Beyond live and installed sound, I also mix and edit audiobooks and voiceover projects, bringing studio-level precision to spoken word production with clean, clear results.
Life Outside of Audio
When I’m not behind a console or designing systems, I’m usually spending time outdoors or with my family.
Whether it's hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, or just getting off the grid for a bit, those moments help me reset—and remind me why connection matters, both in life and in sound.
